FILING
REQUIREMENTS.
To
file a Community Trade Mark we require:
-
Applicant(s): Full
name, nationality and address.

List of goods/services:
According to the International Classification of Goods and Services
(Goods: Classes 1 to 34. Services: Classes 35 to 42).

Priority under the Convention of Paris:
-
precise information on the country and the date
and number of the basic trade mark application;

priority document (unlegalized certified copy
of the basic application or an accurate photocopy of the official
documents with details of the priority to be claimed); if not in
one of the five OHIM languages (English, French, German, Italian,
Spanish) a full translation shall be supplied.

If seniority is to be claimed:
a. precise
information (country, date, number) of the earlier national or
international registration(s) which seniority is to be claimed;
b. unlegalized
certified copy of the basic registration(s), or an accurate photocopy
of the Certificate of Registration.

Representation of the mark:
In case of a design trademark with a drawing or a word mark with
special display, a reproduction of said trademark is required.
-
Power of Attorney:
Signed by the Applicant or a legal representative of the applicant
company. This document may be filed later within a period specified
by the Office (OHIM).
