EUROPATENT-EUROMARK are engaged in the practice of intellectual property (patents, trademarks, utility models, industrial design, licensing, unfair competition law, copyright law, internet domain names).

The present division EUROPATENT was founded in 1988 by Eng. Sandro Sandri, a former Examiner of the European Patent Office.

During the past few years the Firm acted on behalf of over 700 Companies, mainly based in the North-Eastern area of Italy.

Since 1997 trademark related services have been provided by present division EUROMARK.
